1. Information We Collect

Prime Labs collects personal and institutional information necessary to verify researcher eligibility (21+ age requirement and Research Use Only certification), process laboratory material orders, and deliver batch Certificates of Analysis. This includes your name, institutional affiliation, researcher classification, billing/shipping addresses, email address, phone number, and encrypted transaction identifiers.

2. How We Use Researcher Data

Your information is used strictly for: (a) order fulfillment and tracked U.S. shipping; (b) regulatory and merchant underwriting compliance verification; (c) providing batch-level analytical documentation (COAs); and (d) account security. Prime Labs never sells or rents researcher data to third-party marketers.

3. Payment Security & Merchant Processing

All credit card and electronic transactions are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways using TLS encryption. Prime Labs does not store raw payment card numbers on its servers.

4. Cookies & Compliance Verification Logs

We utilize essential session cookies (including pl_age_ok) and account metadata logs to record your 21+ age verification and Research Use Only agreement timestamp.
