1. Strict Research Use Only (RUO) Agreement

By accessing this website, creating a researcher account, or placing an order with Prime Labs, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher purchasing materials strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development use only.

2. Prohibition of Human, Clinical, or Veterinary Use

NO PRODUCTS SOLD BY PRIME LABS MAY BE USED FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION, DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURES, THERAPEUTIC APPLICATIONS, OR CLINICAL TRIALS. Products are chemical reference materials and are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. Prime Labs will immediately terminate accounts and cancel orders if any communication suggests human or personal use.

3. Regulatory Status (FD&C Act Section 503A & 503B)

Prime Labs is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, nor is Prime Labs an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. None of the statements or materials on this website have been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

4. Purchaser Assumption of Liability & Indemnification

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for compliant laboratory handling, storage, reconstitution, and disposal of all chemical compounds in accordance with institutional SOPs and applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Prime Labs from any claim or liability arising from the misuse or unauthorized handling of any product.
